Delivery

Please ensure before you order your home has enough space to accommodate these items when being delivered, paying particular attention to access e.g. width of doorways, stairs, turning points etc..

• All delivery charges are built in to the price shown

• Stocked items are delivered within 14 working days

• Items not in stock can take between 6 and 12 weeks to arrive to our factory depending on when you place your order.

• It can take up to 5 days to plan a delivery route. Once we have created a delivery route, our delivery team will notify you via Email - Phone or Text Message with a delivery date and a estimated guide time of arrival. When we book in delivery we will also provide you with the driver's mobile number just in case you need to nip out to the shops to ensure the delivery team have a cup of tea upon arrival!!.
